GPCU has anti-virus protection in place that defends against computer viruses. For your security, we recommend that you install an anti-virus system on your home computer.
- Lockouts
Golden Plains Online accounts are locked out after a certain number of unsuccessful attempts to log on.
- System Monitoring
We have a dedicated team who monitors the daily logs, along with intrusion detection software that indicates if there has been an intrusion against the credit union’s system.
- Disaster Recovery Plan
GPCU has a disaster recovery plan in place, to make certain the credit union will be able to operate in the event of a disaster.
