Golden Plains Credit Union’s Corporate Headquarters provides a complete array of financial services, including: 10 drive-thru lanes with 2 ATM’s, a Call Center, a Member Coffee Café, a large training facility, 2 computer monitors for members to access Golden Plains Online and 6 teller dialogue stations. The teller dialogue stations provide a more personalized experience for members. These stations replace the idea of having a “barrier” and the formality created by a traditional teller counter and instead provides a more open, personable space for employees to work with members.
In the lobby, there is a Member Coffee Café as well as digital marketing messages. The lobby provides more of a retail look than the traditional financial institution.
The drive-thru facility has been constructed to be large enough to serve current and future needs. There are large 15” monitors for each drive-up. Members can enjoy a live easy-to-see display of the teller they are working with and GPCU is able to provide marketing messages through the units when our members experience wait time.
GPCU has been in existence since 1951, with 15 locations throughout Central, Western and Southeast Kansas. Branches are located in Ulysses, Quinter, Phillipsburg, Liberal, Lakin, Hays, Hesston, Ellsworth, Parsons, Pittsburg, Wichita and Haysville.
