Sandra Becker is the Senior Vice President, Finance. She was previously the Vice President, Finance before her promotion. Sandra has worked at Golden Plains for a total of 26 years. She is a graduate of Southwestern College and she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Sandra is a Western Kansas native. Her hobbies include spending time with family & friends, traveling and exploring new places.
Julie Fine Vice President, Digital Member Experience & Call Center Garden City
Julie is the Vice President, Digital Member Experience & Call Center. She was previously the Assistant Vice President, Call Center Services. She has been at Golden Plains for over 10 years. Julie is a Garden City native and she is a graduate of Garden City High School and Colby Community College. She is a proud Aunt of 4 nieces and nephews. Julie enjoys spending her downtime with her cat, Gary and her dog, Ava. She loves road trips and spending time outdoors.

Sherry Annis Vice President, Branch Services Ulysses
Sherry is the Vice President, Branch Services at the Ulysses branch. She was previously the Assistant Vice President, Branch Services. Sherry was born and raised in Ulysses and is a Ulysses High School Graduate. She has been married to her husband, Beaty for 34 years and they share two children, Brynden and Tate Annis. Sherry enjoys spending time in her flower garden and to be outdoors enjoying the sun.

Dustin Bailey Senior Vice President, Indirect Lending Garden City
Dustin is the Senior Vice President, Indirect Lending in Garden City. He has worked at Golden Plains for a total of 17 years. He was previously the Vice President, Indirect Lending. Dustin was born in Kearney, Nebraska but he has lived in Kansas most of his life. He graduated from Garden City High School and Kansas State University. He is married to Laurie and they share 3 children – Hayden (16), Easton (10) and Ella (6). His hobbies include watching his kids play sports, traveling and watching KSU Football.

Lizeth Garfio Vice President Taylor Plaza Branch
Lizeth is the Vice President, Branch Services at the Taylor Plaza location in Garden City. She was previously a Mortgage Loan Officer at Golden Plains. Lizeth is a longtime Garden City resident, attending both Garden City High School and Garden City Community College. She has a total of 16 years in the financial industry. Lizeth has been married to Victor for 18 years and they share 2 kids. Her hobbies include gardening, camping and fishing.

Kristy Lenker Vice President, Branch Services Phillipsburg
Kristy is the Vice President, Branch Services at the Phillipsburg branch. She was previously the Assistant Vice President, Branch Services. Kristy has worked at Golden Plains for 12 years. She was born and raised in Nebraska. She graduated from Oxford High School and McCook Community College with an Associates degree in Accounting. Kristy is married to Chad and they share 2 sons, Josh (21) and Aaron (19). In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to the lake and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Noel Vice President, Operations
Jennifer is the Vice President, Operations in Garden City. She has worked at Golden Plains for a total of 12 years. She was previously the Vice President, Branch Services and the Assistant Vice President at Taylor Plaza before her promotion. She has worked in the financial industry for a total of 19 years. Prior to joining Golden Plains, Jennifer worked at Prairie State Bank in Augusta as a Personal Banker and she was a Personal Finance Officer at First National Bank in Holcomb.
She attended Fort Hays State University and Wichita State University and took Certified Financial Training courses where she received dual diplomas in Commercial and Consumer Lending. Jennifer is a Western Kansas native from Scott City and has two children – Jaden (18) and Jazlyn (14). Her hobbies include spending time with family & friends, gardening, hiking and running.
Yadira Vargas Vice President, Commercial Lending Garden City
Yadira is the Vice President, Commercial Lending in Garden City. She has worked at Golden Plains for 14 years. She was previously the Assistant Vice President, Member Finance. Yadi was born in Friona, Texas but she was raised in Garden City, Kansas. She graduated from Lakin High School and she attended Garden City Community College. She is married to Yair and they share 3 children – Yazmin (20), Yocelynn (14) and Yair (4). Her hobbies include traveling, spending time with family and a love for the great outdoors.
