You will then need to enter your OTP and then you’ll have access to your account information. You only have to authenticate your phone the first time.
For future logins, you will just need to enter your username and password. Then you will be taken to your Accounts Summary page, as long as you are using the same device.
LOST or Stolen Mobile Phone
If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, call your phone carrier immediately to deactivate your phone and have the data wiped remotely. In addition to calling your phone carrier, you can also login to Golden Plains Online and click on the “Additional Services” tab at the top, and click on “Alerts and Notifications” and deactivate your phone in Golden Plains Online.
