Self-Serve Payments

We know you want and need quick access to your accounts.  Now you can simply dial in to our toll-free number to self-service your accounts.

Phone
Our interactive voice response (IVR) payment system was designed to make your dial-in experience easy and convenient.  IVR is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, with no fee.  Simply call us at 1.833.886.6125 to make a loan payment. 

To make a payment, you will need the following information:

  • Phone number listed on account associated with loan.
  • With multiple account numbers associated with the same phone number, you will also be asked your member number.
  • The last 4 of the primary account holder’s social security number.

Online
To make a digital payment, you will need the following information:

  • Member number.
  • The last 4 of the primary account holder’s social security number.
  • Birth Year of primary account holder.
  • Email address to receive confirmation receipt.

You can make a payment with a  debit card or another financial institution’s bank information.  Payments made before 5pm on a business day will be processed that same day. If a payment is made after 5pm or on a weekend/holiday the payment will not process until the next business day.  VISA and Mortgage payments will take 2 business days to post to a loan.
