Mobile banking is easy with our mobile apps. Not only can you view your account balances and pay bills, you can also locate ATMs based on your GPS location. These Apps are FREE and they can be found in the Apple App Store and the Android Marketplace/Google Play. It’s called “GPCU Mobile.” Direct links are available by clicking below.

Text Message Banking

It’s easy to setup. Just login to Golden Plains Online and click the “Additional Services” tab, then select “Alerts & Notifications” and click on the “Activate” button. Follow the prompts to activate your phone.

Send a text message to 454545 and we’ll reply instantly with your request.

  • BAL – Primary account balance.
  • BAL ALL – All account balances.
  • BAL CHK – Checking account balances.
  • BAL SAV – Savings account balances.
  • LAST – Last 5 transactions.
  • TRANS ($ amount) – Transfer funds (i.e. TRANS 200).
  • STOP – Deactivates service.
  • HELP – Help on keywords.

Mobile Access

To access mobile banking, you will need to enter your username and password. You will then need to confirm your identity with a one-time passcode (OTP) and you can select “Text me” or “Call me” to receive the passcode. You will then need to enter your OTP and then you’ll have access to your account information. You only have to authenticate your phone the first time.

For future logins, you will just need to enter your username and password. Then you will be taken to your Accounts Summary page, as long as you are using the same device.

LOST or Stolen Mobile Phone

If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, call your phone carrier immediately to deactivate your phone and have the data wiped remotely. In addition to calling your phone carrier, you can also login to Golden Plains Online and click on the “Additional Services” tab at the top, and click on “Alerts and Notifications” and deactivate your phone in Golden Plains Online. Keep in mind, even if your phone is lost or stolen, the thief will still need to have your username and password before they could gain access.
